Global Pathway Hub is a growing study abroad consultancy dedicated to guiding students toward higher education opportunities overseas, especially in Malaysia and other international destinations. We are currently looking for a Female Student Counselor / Education Consultant who is responsible, patient, friendly, and highly communicative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in counseling students, communicating with clients, assisting with research and mailing tasks, and supporting overall consultancy operations. This position requires a versatile personality who can handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care.
Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, and internal team members.
Explain study abroad options, university requirements, admission processes, and timelines in a simple and understandable manner.
Maintain regular communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Represent the company positively in all forms of communication.
Show a high level of patience while dealing with students from different backgrounds.
Listen carefully to student concerns, questions, and goals before providing guidance.
Handle repeated inquiries calmly and professionally.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to students throughout the application process.
Maintain polite, friendly, and respectful communication with customers at all times.
Follow up patiently with potential and existing students.
Build long-term relationships with students and guardians through trust and transparency.
Handle customer objections or confusion calmly and professionally.
Assist in preparing and sending professional emails to students, universities, and partner representatives.
Maintain proper email communication records.
Conduct basic research on universities, programs, admission requirements, intake dates, and visa-related information.
Update the team with accurate and relevant information collected through research.
Be flexible and willing to support different departments when required.
Assist with documentation, student files, and office coordination.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines.
Adapt quickly to new tasks, systems, or processes.
Guide students step-by-step through the admission process.
Assist in document checking and application preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams for student processing.
Maintain student records and update progress regularly.
Support marketing or promotional activities if required.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Word, Google Docs, etc.)
Previous experience in study consultancy or customer service is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply
