∎ Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
∎ Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
∎ Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
∎ Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude for all communications.
∎ Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
