Achieve business targets/KPI as assigned
Work on the credit proposals, renewal of existing, conduct inspection of collateral business establishment
Demonstrating and presenting all types of Bank’s product to the potential customer
Maintain effective business relationship with Bank’s customer and cross-selling approach
Sourcing, managing and coordinating sales and service related activities
Operating Clearing functions, RTGS/BEFTN, Fund Transfer, Realization of Charges, remittance payment, issuance/encashment of instruments
Maintenance of all Locker service work (Open/service /close of locker) and also to follow the locker register
Comply with internal policies & procedures and external & regulatory requirements, Bangladesh Bank Guidelines/instructions and that all internal and external audit recommendations
Provide high quality and one stop service to customers
Perform any other duties as and when required by the Management
