Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Master Distributor Benchmark and special take care of key Partner’s Investment & Manpower.
∎ Find and onboard potential partners with setting short-term and long-term channel strategies with making proper JBP
∎ Train, guide and coordinate partner resources to ensure daily sales for the organizations.
∎ Develop & Lead a highly qualified sales team and strengthen business activities
∎ To develop area have to ensure MD & Retail engagement by making MD accountable.
∎ Have to achieve Region/Area sales target & operational objectives by planning, monitoring, educating and motivating individuals, partners, retailer and team members.
∎ Analyze sales figure and take corrective measure for achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly target.
∎ The Area Sales Manager should aim to achieve sales targets set by the company.
∎ The Area Sales Manager will need to have a deep understanding of the market, including the competition, trends, and customer needs.
