Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the top line objectives set for the region.
∎ Meet the infrastructure and distribution numbers decided for the year.
∎ Build a well-trained and aligned team of ASM, ASE, BP / DSR and distributors which will help build a strong business going forward in the region.
∎ Have strong knowledge about market development and regional and local area business.
∎ Strong ability of customer management and target oriented work management.
∎ District and divisional level team led and management capacity.
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft office, market and team data analysis ability to find out problem and solve the problem efficiently.
∎ Have a good management and control capability on channel and channel resources need to continue development of customer level.
∎ Managing channel partners - Distributor & Retailers.
∎ Coach and train the sales force.
∎ Execute monthly, quarterly & annual sales target.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with Sales experience in similar industry (Smart Phone Brands) will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 90000 (Monthly)
