∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the Challenge and achieve sales target of the company.
∎ Willingness and ability to night stay at outstations for 7 days per month.
∎ Update on every issue to your reporting boss continuously.
∎ Setting sales target for the sales persons and monitoring that to achieve.
∎ Prepare & Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Providing after sales services, dealers networking, new dealers creating etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Require excellent computer skills in MS Office.
∎ Knowledge and experience working with distributors network in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to speak and report writing in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Interpersonal, supervisory and managerial skills required.
