∎ We are looking for some young, dynamic and energetic `Region Sales Manager` who has proven experience in FMCG Product for meaningful contribution to reach the organization`s goal.
∎ Our Parent Company "ANH Group" has different organizations across the country like SRD Limited, RAY Bangladesh, Agrow Limited, RAY DEO etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure product/SKU/Route/TSM wise daily/monthly/yearly sales target achievement for assign region.
∎ Discover new market/distributors as well as penetrate all the products as market opportunity as well as increase weighted distributions to maximize the sales value/volume.
∎ Lead and in-field trained the sales personnel who are working under you to develop a professional sales team.
∎ Execute all the trade and consumer program as design by management.
∎ Constantly monitor competitor activity/performance and report to line manager and sales admin in time.
∎ Maintain Depot business and distribution system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in Toiletries Industries are preferable
