Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement regional sales plans in line with company targets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Execute channel development and promotional strategies.

Market & Channel Management:

• Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and institutional buyers (especially HORECA).
• Expand distribution footprint and ensure proper product visibility across channels.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Territory Sales Officers (TSOs).
• Monitor performance using KPIs and conduct regular field visits.

Market Intelligence:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide actionable insights to marketing and product teams.

Merchandising & Branding:

• Ensure proper execution of in-store branding, planograms, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for regional campaigns.

Logistics & Supply Coordination:

• Work closely with SCM to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Minimize breakage/losses through proactive planning.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
• Update CRM tools and participate in regular reviews with senior management.
