Job Context:
∎ Have to spend a lot of time ( 90% of work hour ) at the market.
∎ Need good communication skill and motivational attitude with party.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the sales, marketing, and distribution of the company's products
∎ Meet monthly sales target through company's Sales Plan
∎ To follow marketing activities as per company policy.
∎ Create New Client to increase sales.
∎ Regularly check the market due and take initiative to collect due payment.
∎ Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have a strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and able to work under the pressured situation.
∎ Visit dealers of assign area in the route plan.
∎ Conduct market survey and data collection for new product design.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Fuel/Petroleum, Engine Oil, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop
∎ Experience in Selling Lubricant, Engine oil, Tyre of Local or Foreign Brands will get preference.
∎ Must be energetic & able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be ready to be transferred permanently anywhere in Bangladesh as per Company requirements.
∎ Willingness to Travel frequently all over the country.
∎ Must speak and write very good to excellent English and Bengali.
∎ You must be a highly-motivated individual,
∎ Willing to continually learn new skills and prepared to work hard and smart.
∎ Skills: Computing general Application, Communication
∎ Need to have Sales Knowledge of Paint, Lubricants, Motor Parts, Tyre

Salary: Negotiable
