∎ Working experience in Medical Devices will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Area/ Region Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Devices/Pharmaceuticals/FMCG
∎ Target-oriented and self-motivated.
∎ Honest and sincere.
∎ Territory may change at any time according to the need of the organization.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Divide the monthly team sales target into weekly and daily operational plans and develop sales targets for each product.
∎ Selected persons will have to travel frequently to look after the Region and monitor the Sales Executive of that Region to achieve the sales target.
∎ Ensure timely collections from the market.
∎ Monitor, motivate and engage people working under supervision so that the sales never go below the standard.
∎ Plan, organize, and implement sales programs for the concerned area.
∎ Track sales movement of competitors' products, pricing, and activities and report to the supervisor.
∎ Maintain trade marketing activities for sales target achievement.
∎ Build, establish, and maintain a very good relationship and regular business with existing clients.
∎ Regularly identify potential clients and start a business with them.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Sales Management.
