Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analytical skill to fix the target & achievement : Product/ ASM/SPO/Delaer wise
∎ Statistical & communication al skill for monitoring & follow up target : Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly
∎ Leadership & Strategic planning capability to ensure business growth as per company expectation.
∎ Ability to assess team members on a regular basis & take necessary improveemnt actions.
∎ Mentoring skill for ASM/SPO/DSR development by off and on the job training.
∎ Good understanding on trade marketing activities and merchandising effectiveness.
∎ Capabilities of development strong trade relation with top category outlets.
∎ Damage management by trade visibility and stock management.
∎ Financial management capabilities to ensure dealer profitability by business assessment and strategic alignment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experiences in relevant field.
∎ Have strong interpersonal communication and leadership qualities
∎ Must be skilled in team supervision and personal selling
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimum level of supervision
∎ Should be proficient in Computer
