∎ Find, recruit & Supervise Distributors and sales team members to achieve given Sales Target of assigned Territory.
∎ Planning Sales Target for individual Sales Person & Distributor.
∎ Maintaining & Increasing Sales volume of companies different brand products.
∎ Daily/Weekly/monthly Reporting of business activity.
∎ Gather & Update market information to the line Manager.
∎ Achieve daily, weekly & monthly Primary & Secondary target
