Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving total level value & volume target and ensuring optimum products distribution & visibility.
∎ Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sale.
∎ Preparing periodic sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness.
∎ Monitoring distributors' stock, ensuring timely payment from distributors and receiving claim adjustment.
∎ Ensuring coverage and availability as per the norms & resolving problem at immediate subordinate & out-level.
∎ Training the subordinates in their daily activities and communicating all the promotional schemes to the subordinates, retailers and distributors.
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 8 years of experience in relevant field (Preferably 2 years as Regional Sales Manager with FMCG Sales Team)
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good Communication skill and well conversant with MS Office
∎ Within 40 years of age
∎ Motorcycle driving ability with license
