∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
∎ Work with energetic sales team and follow the instruction of head of Marketing and Sales.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients
∎ Meeting planned sales goals
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
∎ Analyze the present market and create a new market for consumer products
∎ Overseeing ongoing training of salespeople
∎ Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 10 years of experience in Consumer Goods Business (2-3 years in Assistant Sales Manager role)
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good Communication skill and well conversant with MS Office
∎ Within 40 years of age
