∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual business plan and implement strategies to achieve the target.
∎ Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day to day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
∎ Explore new markets and ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return per customer.
∎ Coordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/ activities.
∎ Tracking competitors movement & analyzing the market.
∎ Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
∎ Setting the yearly sales target based on the regional sales target.
∎ Draw & constant improvement of the distribution plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Masters/MBA in any discipline (Marketing Major Preferable) from UGC approved University
∎ 15-20 Years experience in Consumer Goods Industry (Preferably in Tea Industry)
∎ Maximum age 40 - 45 years

Salary: Negotiable
