Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the recruitment, training, and motivation of the retail team, and manage the career life cycle of employees.
∎ Responsible for the strong behavior and performance management of the retail team, regularly organizing regular meetings, sharing meetings, and performance interviews.
∎ Responsible for the improvement of the retail team's capabilities, Regular training and teaching communication.
∎ Plan and promote the regional retail team all the structure, personnel, and the VBA team personnel.
∎ Continuous improvement work planning for the VBA and TRM/TRE career life cycle.
∎ Make retail team target allocation and VBA goals according to the company goals review.
∎ Coordinate training and promotion, VBA recruitment, new VBA management, VBA loyalty increase, event promotion, image management and other related work.
∎ Plan the promotion of new product launch, personnel ability improvement, sense of belonging building and other projects.
∎ Pay attention to the structure of the VBA team, formulate management policies, and standardize management behavior.
∎ Manage sales data, VBA data analysis, etc. to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
