Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overseeing the overall activities of the branch offices assigned;
∎ Assist Branch Managers in smooth implementation of branch level activities;
∎ Play the vital role in bringing discipline in groups, paying visit to borrowers, loan disbursement, preparation of loan demand, accumulation of different category of savings (i.e. general, special & safety savings), increase of loan outstanding and decrease of overdue etc.;
∎ Instruct respective Branch Managers in case of any fault and deviation in credit management;
∎ Responsible to give proper instruction to field level staffs for 100% loan realization;
∎ Play vital role in making staff appraisal of the branch offices assigned as per service rule;
∎ Attend the monthly coordination meeting at Head Office and will present the overall picture of the branch offices assigned;
∎ Prepare field visit report and will arrange discussion at branch level on the field findings;
∎ Responsible to submit field visit as well as management report to Head Office;
∎ Provide support to the Branch Managers in managing resources at branch level;
∎ Any other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 4 to 5 years experience in micro credit as Area Manager.
∎ Hard worker & Able to frequently travelling.
Salary: Negotiable
