Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Masters/ MBA in Marketing from reputed Business Schools of the country is preferable.
∎ IBA, Dhaka University,University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Channel Sales, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Distribution Sales, Experience in Two wheeler or Four wheeler Industry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer Management, Dealer or Channel Development, Handling Distributors or Dealers
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealership:
∎ a) Monitor dealer in his region
∎ b) Ensure each dealer achieve their target.
∎ c) Training to each dealer salesman
∎ d) Engage dealer to promotional activities.
∎ e) Ensure adequate stock of product at all dealer point.
∎ f) Ensure enquiries are properly done by dealer point.
∎ g) Have to ensure proper investment of dealer on stock and spare parts and make dealership run profitable.
∎ h) Ensure dealer maintain all record as per our corporate guidelines, adequate manpower and other process.
∎ Spare parts:
∎ a) Achieve spare parts target on his own region.
∎ b) Ensure dealers keep sufficient stock of spare parts.
∎ c) Ensure not use of non-genuine spare parts.
∎ d) Coordinate with spare parts head for all spare parts matter and ensure efficient manpower for spare sales at dealer points.
∎ Service:
∎ a) Ensure service infrastructure at all dealer point.
∎ b) Actively engage in increasing service supporting.
∎ c) Ensure PDI done is being done properly before dispatch.
∎ d) Ensure spare parts timely send to dealer service engineers
∎ Activities: a) Need to conduct BTCL activities every month at all dealership PDCA (plan, do, check, analysis).
∎ b) Activities to increase retails, service, awareness and customer engagement
∎ Market feedback: a) To be always aware of what is current market activities, competitor activities, new dealer appointment by competition, product launcher, pricing, scheme etc.
∎ Reporting:
∎ a) Should always maintain deadlines for submit all reports to HO.
∎ b) Should report monthly on competitor sales model wise.
∎ c) Monthly meeting report, others report and presentation
∎ Administration: a) Should maintain all administration jobs within his region.
∎ b) Develop a good team and influence everyone to be a team player.
∎ c) Create a good hygiene for all members in sales, service and spare parts.
∎ d) Motivate and develop the team for their performance, attendance, activities and problem-solving ability.
∎ Tour:
∎ a) Should ensure advance planning of tours for self and other team members and monitor them.
∎ Other Qualities:
∎ a) Good job knowledge, laying down with company's policy, rules and regulation, leadership qualities, Team building abilities, clear and distinct communication, honest, sincere and dedicated.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Flexible about mobility as the job requires HIGH frequency of Travelling.
∎ Good Command of both spoken and written English in required.
∎ The applicant must have to be well organized in MS Excel & Daily Reporting.
∎ Ability to maintain a high level of patience in work environment.
∎ Must have time management skills & problem solving mentality.
∎ Flexibility to adjust with change management process.
∎ Should have good communication & coordination skills.
∎ Experience in dealing with hire purchase and insurance is necessary.
∎ Enthusiastic, Energetic and Inter Personal Skills Required.
∎ Self motivating personality and ready to take challenging assignments.
∎ Target oriented and drive for results.
