∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Candidate must have valid driving license and capable of Motorcycle riding.
∎ At least 10 years sales and marketing experience in any aluminum profile manufacturing company.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
∎ Drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
∎ Take initiative to achieve the sales & collection target of the company.
∎ Demand Forecasting and Target setting.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Plan and direct staffing, training and coaching, Monitoring, Controlling and performance evaluations of the Team to develop and control sales and service programs.
∎ Responsible for credit realization from respective clients / organizations / dealers, etc. on a timely manner.
∎ Analyzing the competitor's activities & developing the pricing policy and Discount Rate & setting market penetration strategy and Scan what competitors doing right and wrong in market and what our weak points and objections are in the market that we could be improved.
∎ Find out competitor’s market share and positioning, product portfolio and Price, Competitors hot selling items, Discounts, monthly offer programs for dealer and fabricators.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
∎ Operating all necessary functional activities like, conducting monthly sales meeting, distributor and Fabricators meet.
∎ Manage of Foreign Tour for Dealers.
∎ Market Visit for analyzing the pros cons of business for development.
∎ Maintain good relationship with Colleagues, and Clients etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Job Context: The Role is responsible for developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. Generating unique sales plans, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
