Micro-Credit, NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ People Management
∎ Staff Development
∎ Follow up respective ceiling loan according to table of authority
∎ Ensure RO/SRO survey follow up
∎ Disbursement Planning/Yearly budget planning
∎ Office Management
∎ Resolve Audit & Review issues
∎ Expand Operational Areas or Branches
∎ Branch visit to follow up all activities of Branches
∎ Follow Up Activities of Area Manager/Area Coordinator
∎ Capacity of maintaining quality portfolio of more than 100 crore taka
∎ Should have experience of supervising 15 to 20 Branches with more than 80 to 100 staffs
∎ Coordinate with all other department
∎ Finding potential territory for program expansion
∎ Implement all management decision perfectly
∎ Data Analysis to find out existing problems
∎ Must have Product knowledge of SME or Enterprise loans
∎ Have to report daily, weekly & monthly
∎ Should have the ability of Motivating team to achieve goals
∎ Experience of taking administrative or legal action
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 47 years
∎ Minimum 2 year's experience as Coordinator and handling 5 Areas.
∎ Experience on handling 100 crores taka of assigned branches
∎ Ability to undertake regular field visits.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 56500 - 67000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary range after confirmation: TK 59,500 - 71,500
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
