Responsibilities & Context:
- Overall In Charge for entire Service and Parts Operation for a pre-defined Region in the country
- Responsible for Dealer Revenue and as well as for Customer Satisfaction
- Responsible for Service & Parts Business Planning / Reviewing / Achieving Target for the region.
- Responsible for Reporting to Head of the Department (Regular MIS / Warranty MIS / Product Feedback thru GVTR / Market Intelligence etc.)
- Responsible for coordinating with Regional Sales Team for New Vehicle Delivery / Feedback
- Responsible for Expansion of Service Network and Dealer Development in the region
- To conduct for TIP, SIP and Customer Engagement Program in the region.
- Responsible for planning and effective execution of various After Sales Promotional activities in the region.
- Responsible for Dealer After Sales Team Manpower Appointment / Training / Retention
