Responsibilities & Context:
রিকভারি ও ফিল্ড অপারেশন সংক্রান্ত কাজে দক্ষতা
আইনানুগ প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করে বকেয়া আদায় কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার সক্ষমতা
মাঠ পর্যায়ে কাজ করার মানসিকতা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ভ্রমণের আগ্রহ
শক্তিশালী যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা ও আলোচনার (Negotiation) ক্ষমতা
টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা
দায়িত্বশীল, সৎ ও ফলাফলমুখী মনোভাব
