Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially English and Bangla typing).
∎ • Handle phone calls, incoming and outgoing, with professional greetings.
∎ • Receive letters, messages, and documents and pass them to the proper places or people, keeping records.
∎ • Provide the necessary information to the client and take messages.
∎ • Internal and external clients are handled with good smiles, manners, and behavior.
∎ • Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and rules.
∎ • Received a phone call and transferred it to the concerned person.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
