∎ Must have strong work ethic, be highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive.
∎ Excellent communication skills with the ability to exhibit diplomacy and use high level of discretion.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming them appropriately and notifying to concern persons.
∎ Answer visitors’ questions, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information.
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
∎ Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
∎ Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Update Calendars for meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations for senior staff.
∎ Ensure all necessary Office Entertainment and Maintenance Tasks.
∎ Keep a record of office supply inventory and expenses.
∎ Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly.
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, Couriers services.
∎ Job Context: We are looking for a suitable candidate or the position of Receptionist for Head Office, AAA Tower, Polt # 80, Block # J, Progati Sarani, Baridhara, Dhaka.
