∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Proven 2 years experience in Reception and Billing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in computer systems and medical billing software.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
∎ Manage incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
∎ Assist patients to visit specific department doctor.
∎ Handle patient registration and verify insurance information accurately.
∎ Assist in maintaining electronic health records and other administrative tasks as needed.
∎ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
∎ Job Description:
∎ Shifting Duty: 7 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM
