Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet Visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
∎ Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
∎ Answer inquiries about companies.
∎ Call Persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
∎ Schedule meeting and conference rooms.
∎ Ensure the front desk is neat presentable and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms and papers.
∎ Maintain records and files.
∎ Oversee the office budget.
∎ Track and order office equipment and supplies.
∎ Gather personal and insurance information.
∎ Hand out employee applications.
∎ Arrange appointment.
∎ Schedule follow-up appointments.
∎ Send email and faxes.
∎ Perform basic bookkeeping, filing and clerical duties.
∎ Answer all client question and incoming calls.
∎ Any others job assigned by the Management.
