∎ Bangladesh. The Company is looking for self-motivated enthusiastic Real Estate
∎ manager who have excellent track record and 15 years working experience in
∎ renowned real estate company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all building maintenance and ensuring security.
∎ Responsible for dealing with in-house client and tenants.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after-sales and rent formalities.
∎ Preparing a payment schedule, payment collection deposit, and taking challah.
∎ Keep monthly payment records and other expenditure records for the building.
∎ Dealing negotiates, and Deed of agreement, and singing with the client. Make
∎ sure 3-month advances, notice them before 3-month leave.
∎ Keep records of client’s important document, deed, TIN, and others.
∎ Finding information of the market regarding rents, land price and building
∎ asset’s value.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree from any reputed university.
∎ 15 years working experience in renowned real estate company
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal skills,
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Excellent remuneration package will be given for the deserving candidates
