∎ Minimum B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Research and Development, Dyeing Research and Development, Research and Development for knit fabrics
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall operations of R&D of Knitting, Dyeing and Finishing.
∎ Maintaining Bulk to Bulk Right First Time (RFT) to minimize reprocessing and ensure optimal product quality in both dyeing and finishing processes.
∎ Collaborating with the lab to ensure accurate recipe formulation, and maintain Lab to Bulk Right First Time (RFT) and consistent dyeing.
∎ Optimizing the average batch per machine to maximize production capacity and efficiency.
∎ Identifying bottlenecks, developing and implementing streamlines processes to improve process time efficiency.
∎ Analyzing production data and providing managerial reports to improve cost efficiencies, productivity and quality standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Dyeing (Reactive, Disperse and Acid Dyeing for Cotton, Viscose, Polyester, Nylon and its blends) R&D for knitted fabric developments .
∎ Able to analyze the original sample and find the yarn count, gsm, blend ratio, Finish type, fabric structure etc.,
∎ Able to able to replica of the given buyer original sample.
