Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for civil works.
Evaluate contractor and supplier invoices, ensuring alignment with contract terms and actual progress.
Assist in managing variations, claims, and contractual correspondence under FIDIC.
Conduct quantity take-offs and verify material usage against site records.
Support procurement processes by reviewing quotations and analyzing cost.
Collaborate with site teams to validate progress and reconcile quantities for monthly valuations.
Maintain accurate documentation of cost data, payment records, and financial reports.
Communicate effectively in English with internal teams, contractors, and clients
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
