Experience:

• 8 to 16 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• 8 to 16 years

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• IPC prepare and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare.

• Prepared early budget estimation etc. Regarding Companies rule & Regulation sanction one-line process & also experience construction project & also knowledge of shuttering.

• Billing Procedures from Client & Contractor Side.

• Billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items.

• Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in.

• Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.

• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.

• Prepare & process subcontractor bills.

• To take the measurement from the site engineer.

• Review the quantities item listed.

• Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors.

• Must have work experience with Government Engineering Agencies.

• Having experience in construction of Structural buildings, Road & Bridge etc. estimation.

• Planning skills, Combination skills

• The applicants should have experience in related field and position.

• Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.)

• Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.
