Responsibilities & Context:
IPC prepare and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare.
Prepared early budget estimation etc. Regarding Companies rule & Regulation sanction one-line process & also experience construction project & also knowledge of shuttering.
Billing Procedures from Client & Contractor Side.
Billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items.
Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in.
Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
To take the measurement from the site engineer.
Review the quantities item listed.
Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors.
Must have work experience with Government Engineering Agencies.
Having experience in construction of Structural buildings, Road & Bridge etc. estimation.
Planning skills, Combination skills
The applicants should have experience in related field and position.
Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.)
Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.
