Educational Requirements:
∎ At list Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferable in textile background
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these requirements meet with the quality
∎ Setting customer service standards
∎ Control the quality of product by carrying out PP meeting
∎ Writing pre-production comments in pp meeting or earlier stage that minimize risk of mistakes during production
∎ Meeting deadlines and ensure all quality process
∎ Writing and reviewing testing plans
∎ Investigating causes of defects that occur during the testing phase
∎ Ensure slandered product quality in line and final inspection in the factory
∎ Ensure good quality as approved sample
∎ Solve problems which will be found in production steps
∎ Update office on order situations for both quality and on time delivery
∎ Conduct pre-production meeting for improving quality with problem solving ability
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
∎ Knowledge about Quality control and Management
∎ Ability to good team spirit and work under pressure
∎ Communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Problem-solving ability
∎ Strategic approach to work in any time and place
∎ Skills in numerical and statistical analysis
∎ Attention to detail
∎ An understanding and appreciation of other people's work and disciplines
∎ Familiar with reporting, emailing, messaging
∎ Have a good computer skill especially in MS word, Excel and power point
∎ Self-motivating and hard working
∎ Involving with continues self and department improvement
