• Ability to develop the high quality customer service for all query issues.

• Ability to design the quality training programs & Conduct.

• Should have knowledge right quality checking system.

• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members

• Able to work independently with tight deadline by maintaining SOP and work instruction.

• Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.

• Good team player, able to interact & communicate effectively with other departments.

• Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.

• Priority to those who have experience with H&M, ESPRIT, Tom Tailor, Zara, C&A, GUESS Knowledge about Quality KPI & It`s executions.

• Full responsibility for quality function in assign location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming material, in process, finished goods inspection, and floor administration.
• Validates quality processes by establishing right audit system on Product specifications, Measuring & Documenting evidence.
• To ensure all the garments are produces in right quality manner.
• Maintains and improves product quality through functioning SOP, Work Instruction, Procedure, compliance and surveillance audits.
• Collaborating with other colleague and Quality Manager's for progressive quality improvement.
• Conducts floor audits and manage first article and first piece inspection and report.
• Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures.
• Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
• First output review against the approval sample, Trim Card and updated Tech pack.
• If any discrepancies happen then it needs to be informed to Head of Quality Dept. to get action.
• Need to finalize the critical operation, Focus quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors.
• Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, GPQ & QA team to get the corrective actions.
• Co-ordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
• Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Department.
• Any other assignment given by the top management/Department.
