∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor/ Line Management, Production, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all fabric quality matters
∎ Develop the rules and regulations for improving the quality standard of the fabrics.
∎ Follow up and ensure quality of fabric/accessories and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Manage quality platform and attend the inspection and quality control meeting of fabric.
∎ Understanding fully the Quality System for knit & dyeing fabric.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Responsible for all Quality matters form production of fabrics to shipment of goods.
∎ Follow up the running order's quality related activities and give the guideline to the subordinates.
∎ Develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matters.
∎ Follow up and maintain all quality related reports.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge in fabric inspection methodologies & processes, workmanship, fitting, approval, production efficiency and process improvement.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English
∎ Excellent management and organizational skills
∎ Pleasant, professional, mature and committed
∎ Highest degree of integrity and honesty
∎ Committed, responsive and be able to work under pressure
