∎ As the Quality Control Manager, Shared Kitchen; you will be responsible for the overall quality check of partner concept operators.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall quality check of partner concept operators
∎ Analyze and track KPIs to improve partner operations performance
∎ Ensure adherence to SOP's of concept partners to ensure consistency of own concepts
∎ Proactively proposing new strategies to improve concept set-up and training.
∎ Work on improving vendor performance matrix within our partner outlets
∎ Ensure vendors are ready for launch and understand concept expectations
∎ Work closely with all stakeholders to optimize operations in order drive vendors efficiency
∎ Use and create management reports to assess performance of virtual brands (concepts)
∎ Work closely with other functions like Marketing, Logistics, and Commercial
∎ Manage operator performance for virtual brands (concepts)
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly financial & amp; performance results and actions
