Job Context:
∎ Analytically test in production processes at Manikganj Factory for Medical Products as per Pharmacopoeia standard.
∎ Carry out in-process quality control of different plants for monitoring purposes are ensured.
∎ Issue quality /approval certificate for different products in absence of QA Manager/QA Officer.
∎ Prepare QC procedures for Plants and manage the central laboratory in collaboration with QA Manager at Manikganj factory & other location.
∎ Supervise production line (Nitrous Oxide and Medical Oxygen) operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures to achieve optimum level of productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify quality issues and analyse complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Develop and maintain quality control parameters of different products- Medical and Industrial.
∎ Test analytically the batch of Medical Nitrous Oxide gases as per BP standard in storage Vessels and approve in absence of QA Manager/Officer.
∎ Test raw materials and chemicals purchased locally/imported to conform specification.
∎ Develop, write and revise standard operating procedures; perform annual review and update of standard operating procedures; observe employees and ensure compliance with standards.
∎ Implement SPECTRA standard on industrial product and ensure BP standard compliance of Medical products.
∎ Make liaison with QA team to obtain licenses for medical products and keep them updated.
∎ Maintain Liaison with drug authority, other regulatory bodies like BSTI and others.
∎ Ensure proper use of maintenance of laboratory equipment & instrument.
∎ Prepare reagents to perform different tests.
∎ Prepare budget for chemicals, reagents and raw materials for QC monitoring of Medical Products in production processes.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Factory Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong influencing skill with analytical approach.
∎ Maintain effective, appropriate and high standard of communication.
∎ Effective planner and able to manage time and multiple concurrent tasks.
∎ Be conversant with and have good knowledge of manufacturing process.
∎ Latest knowledge on equipment and practices.
