Experience
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in leather goods or bag manufacturing
Additional Requirements
Strong understanding of quality control processes
Communication skills using English and coordination skills
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
Experienced in data analysis and report generate using Microsoft Excel
Skills in Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Macros, and data analysis are preferred
Responsibilities & Context
Monitor and control quality of leather bags according to standards provided by the Japan office
Work closely with the reporting senior and learn quickly from guidance provided
Office will be inside the factory to ensure company quality standards are maintained
Inspect goods at every stage of production, from initial process to pre-shipment
Train and educate factory staff on Japanese quality control standards
Track and manage materials required for production and report to Japan
Provide real-time updates on production schedules and QC status to reporting manager
Prepare reports and perform data analysis using Excel
