Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters/BBA/MBA with good academic records (Division/CGPA), preferably from public universities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thoroughly conduct Final Inspection as per AQL
∎ Follow up all quality points, process engineering & Packing accuracy as per SOP
∎ Asist QA head with data /metrics for Quality Audit, Quality management system develop & factory capacity & capability Metrix;
∎ Evaluating Production stages & testing the composition, appearance &functionality of completed Products.
∎ Tracks & reports on implementation of Corrective Action Plans
∎ Train DQA as per our quality Standards & Testing /Inspection guideline
∎ Develop Process quality, Process Simplification & advice to respective factory for better execution.
∎ Monitor Risk Assessment every styles & analyze problem log to identify and prepare appropriate report.
∎ Plan, execute & verify Inspection, testing report of incoming & outgoing product to confirm Quality conformance to specifications & quality deliverables.
∎ Thoroughly Review QC file & BLACK SEAL /GOLD seal Sample with BULK production & ensure construction accordingly
∎ Ensure Quality compliance & cost effectiveness of the supply chain
∎ Review GOLD seal Sample /SHIPMENT samples with buyer specification
∎ Identify Quality drive gaps by using process mapping & other applicable measurement tools
∎ Evaluation test report & coordination with Fabric/Wash tech accordingly
∎ Preparing & presenting Quality audit reports to HOD etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 to 8 years. Practical experience in Buying House will be given preference.
∎ Languages: Good written and spoken English and Bengali;
∎ Knowledge: Good knowledge of Information Technology;
∎ Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word,Excel,Power Point, Access),and Outlook.
∎ Capacity to define priorities, adaptation, ability to work in a team with multicultural environment;
∎ Sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
∎ Must be a team player and flexible to work with different tasks under stress.
