Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect purchase requisitions for order to order materials, goods and supplies.
∎ Review inventories and order as required.
∎ Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
∎ Track the status of any orders.
∎ Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
∎ Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
∎ Prepare and maintain all reports regarding cash purchase .
∎ Manage any procurement activities including RFP’s (Request For Proposals).
∎ Ensure planning & relevant procurement documentation of general items and local spare parts with internal stakeholders.
∎ Vendor Evaluation and development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
