∎ Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is preferred.
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and purchasing software.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
∎ Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements with vendors.
∎ Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages.
∎ Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
∎ Resolve any supply-related issues or discrepancies efficiently.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
