∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning services.
∎ Manage inventories of cleaning equipment and supplies such as mops, vacuum cleaners, cleaning solutions and floor buffers to make sure cleaners can perform their jobs effectively.
∎ Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards.
∎ Manage toilets cleaning expenses and have to produce reports on their expenditures.
∎ Records personnel data on specified forms.
∎ Recommends personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing.
∎ Organize cleaner’s schedules of duties and assign various tasks to cleaners.
∎ Provide training to both current and new workers and manage the number of hours of employees work.
∎ Supervisors might be required to complete cleaning duties as well, especially if they are short-staffed.
∎ Issues cleaning materials supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
∎ Investigate complaints about cleaning service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Relevant experience in supervising public toilet.
∎ Knowledge about billing system of DWASA & DESCO and Reporting.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
