Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage retainer PR communication:
∎ Based on annual brand objective and strategies, come up with retainer PR annual plan.
∎ Manage the retainer PR execution accordingly, able to keep track of the editorial plan of top PR media on a weekly basis, and successfully pitch for brand/product exposure.
∎ Maintain the media relation and find loyal OPPO friends among media community.
∎ Keep close relationship with partners and corporate stakeholders for possible collaboration.
∎ Monitor OPPO and competitors’ PR clipping performance and give proper analysis.
∎ Conduct media training for spokesperson.
∎ Brand and product campaign communication:
∎ Based on the overall campaign objective, develop creative PR communication strategies and actions to reach goal.
∎ Create exclusive PR press kit facing different types of PR media.
∎ Generate in-depth contents from different types of PR media.
∎ Monitoring and reporting.
∎ Brand reputation and crisis management:
∎ Manage the brand reputation, and maximize positive buzz on PR media.
∎ In occasion of a crisis, give effective suggestions in the crisis management group, come up with crisis handling protocols, develop statement and Q&A, and align with other department for execution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Tech industry experience is a must.
∎ Deep understanding of the media landscape.
∎ Strong PR content skills, able to develop exclusive brand message.
∎ Good relationship with key journalists in general news, tech and lifestyle media outlets.
∎ Excellent project management skills, result driven, able to timely deliver.
∎ Good team player, able to collaborate with the team and maximize communicate result.
