∎ Should have experience in renowned PR house or brand promotion related organization.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to establish and reinforce company's brand identity.
∎ To plan and organize all CSR activities of the company and making reports to submit different organizations.
∎ To organize all small and big events of the company like Annual Performance Award Program, Celebration of important days, employees’ birthday events etc.
∎ Coordinating photography, videography and maintaining the digital photo archive.
∎ To share in-house activities of the company in social media like Facebook page and LinkedIn Page and internal WhatsApp groups.
∎ To assist the designer by giving creative ideas.
∎ To cooperate the HR by arranging meeting, preparing meeting agenda and minutes, and coordinating the interview process.
∎ Preparing different types of business presentations.
∎ To build up awareness among the employees by sharing knowledge based posts to the internal social media groups.
∎ Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, articles and annual reports.
