Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide trauma-focused therapy to clients, including individual and group counseling sessions.
∎ Address the mental health needs of survivors and family members of the deceased.
∎ Supervise and mentor lay Psychologists and community mobilizers.
∎ Participate in community sensitization campaigns to reduce stigma and raise awareness.
∎ Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality mental health care.
∎ Refer severe cases to specialized facilities such as NIMH, NPHL, or Shojon.
∎ Maintain proper client records and session wise data.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly activity reports.
∎ Conduct field visits for needs assessments and community engagement.
∎ Provide mental health interventions in crisis or emergency response scenarios.
∎ Support project risk management and activity planning.
∎ Assist the Mental Health Coordinator in report writing, data management, and other project-related tasks.
∎ Take on any additional duties as assigned.
