Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in Psychology
∎ Experience in Clinical Psychology, an in depth understanding in GBV, MHPSS is necessary for the role.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide psychological support services to the BNWLA beneficiaries.
∎ Conduct case based discussions with a BNWLA medical doctor, to provide input and care plans for women at the BNWLA shelters.
∎ Collaborate with BNWLA staff in order to ensure appropriate data is collected.
∎ Ensure patient confidentiality and treat all patients with respect and dignity through behavior based on ethical and humanitarian standard
∎ Organize awareness session with the shelters regarding the issue of mental health and GBV.
∎ Prepare weekly or fortnight report in collaboration with BNWLA counselor.
∎ Submit regular reports to the 'Program Focal Person.'
∎ Share training and activity plan with ' Program Focal Person'.
∎ Represent BNWLA in MHPSS Technical Working Group and Task forces upon approval from the Medical Coordinator, as may be required
∎ Although the psychologist's role is to provide clinical services, a strong aspect of the daily role will be to provide advice and support to the other clinical and non-clinical members of the BNWLA team.
∎ The psychologist should contribute to build and plan formal training with the counselors in collaboration with a Medical Doctor and senior BNWLA staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Age will be relaxed in terms of highly qualified candidates.
∎ Represent BNWLA in various platforms.
∎ Relevant computer-operating skills.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Willingness & ability to visit program sites extensively.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proven track record of achieving results.
Salary: Negotiable
