  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.(Mandatory)
  • High typing speed in both English and Bangla. (Desired)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Professional etiquette, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a PS/Executive Assistant role (corporate experience preferred).


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the Board’s daily calendar, appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical planning.
  • Screen and route incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive decisions, documents, and personal matters.
  • Draft, review, and issue official letters, emails, memos, notices, and meeting agendas.
  • Maintain effective internal and external communication with stakeholders, clients, and departments.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings (MoM) and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
  • Organize and maintain executive files, records, and confidential documents.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system (both digital and physical).
  • Coordinate with various departments to support executive instructions and decisions.
  • Ensure smooth workflow in the executive office by managing priorities proactively.
  • Ensure proper hospitality and protocol for visitors and guests of the executive office.
