Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our company Chairman. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, possess strong communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage daily schedules, calendars, appointments, and reminders.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Also need to travel throughout the country or abroad with Charmain for company project work.
- Have a strong and positive mindset.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- The candidate must have a valid passport.
- Assist in personal errands and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
- And other responsibilities as & when given by the Management.
