Job Context:
∎ The successful candidate will have a dynamic on-air presence and will connect with the viewers on-air and on multiple digital platforms like YouTube etc. We are looking for an On-Air Host / Property presenter who understands and excels at multi-platform journalism. She should be able to create and organize content for Bproperty Lifestyle Channel in YouTube utilizing strong editorial, journalistic, organizational, and communication skills.
∎ The candidate would be expected to have the ability to produce enterprise stories on a regular and assigned basis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather, write and present news reports, as assigned with an emphasis on enterprise stories.
∎ Maintain a social media presence and prepare unique content for BProperty Lifestyle Channel on YouTube.
∎ Must connect on camera with a sense of urgency.
∎ Ability to find sources and community base lifestyle stories.
∎ Knowledge of newsroom presentation and online broadcasting is strongly preferred.
∎ Strong broadcast and AP-style writing skills.
∎ Must demonstrate strong news judgment and organizational skills.
∎ Must have a keen sense of logistics and the ability to work well under intense pressure and deadlines.
∎ Must have good creative and editorial judgment. Mastery of journalistic ethics and libel law.
∎ Perform other duties as needed and as directed by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge and camera experience preferred.
∎ Must connect on camera with a sense of urgency.
∎ Must be able to speak clearly and concisely.
∎ Must have good creative and editorial judgment.
