Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspects of assigned properties
∎ Have to take care the over all administration of the apartment as well as to conduct the meeting of the Owners association etc
∎ Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
∎ Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
∎ Maintaining building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.

∎ Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
∎ Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements.
∎ Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
∎ Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.
∎ Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
∎ Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance
∎ Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred.
∎ Proven work experience as Property Manager
∎ At least 7-10 years of overall experiences in relevant areas,
∎ Working knowledge of property regulations.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Good customer service skills
