 Handleprimary communication with clients through phone calls, messages, and direct communication.  Followupwithexisting and potential clients in a professional and timely manner.  Provideclear information about services, appointments, and ongoing programs.  Maintaindaily communication records and submit reports as required.  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service and follow-up.  Supportlead handling, appointment confirmation, and client engagement activities.  Maintainapolite, professional, and client-friendly approach at all times.  Assist managementwith communication-related tasks and reporting when needed.
